Yet, despite lucrative salaries, many highly qualified individuals, specifically IITians and IIM graduates, are opting for startup roles. This decision is not driven solely by financial incentives, but rather by a combination of intrinsic motivators that align with their professional aspirations and personal values.

Finding the platform for a curious mind—In startups, a curious and aspiring mind has a say in driving the innovation and direction of the company. Unlike multinational corporations (MNCs) where processes are often rigid and difficult to alter, startups thrive on agility and the presence of diverse minds. Personal Experience—As someone who is both from an IIT and an IIM, I can attest to the unique value that startups offer.
