What struck me the most during the event was the significant presence of mid-career professionals, many over 35 years old. Their experiences provided a window into the current job market challenges faced by seasoned software engineers.

The shortlisting requirement was to complete at least two questions with running code. After collecting the papers, the HR team dismissed us, leaving us to relax in the presentation room and discuss the experience.
