The mentality that 'because it happened to them, they do it to others' is prevalent in many management structures, leading to the systematic underestimation of capable professionals. Competition to maintain control and ensure that all employees adhere to a set standard often results in sabotage. With a BSc and MA in architecture, coupled with a decade and a half of experience in architectural and urban planning, I have faced unique professional hurdles.
