Once you are logged in, find the Payments section in the main menu. This can be under various names such as Transfer or Payments. Here are the specific sub-sections to look for:

NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)

Select the transfer type that you will be using for the transaction.

5. Entering Beneficiary Details

Once the transfer type is selected, start by entering the beneficiary’s details:

Beneficiary Name Account Number IFSC Code (for IMPS and RTGS) Bank Name Branch Name (if required)

6. Verifying the Information

After you have entered the details, review the information to ensure it is accurate before proceeding.

7. Confirming and Adding the Beneficiary

Once you have verified the information, click on the submit button. You may be prompted to enter an OTP (One Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number for verification.

Once verified, the beneficiary will be added to your list of authorized beneficiaries, and you can start making transfers to them.

Note: It may take 3 hours for the beneficiary details to be activated. Please allow sufficient time for the process to complete.
