Understanding the Competitive Landscape

Compared to other government and public sector jobs, the recruitment process for faculty positions at institutes such as the IITs and IIITs operates on a different, sometimes more generous, framework. Gone are the rigid deadlines and preset vacancy announcements.

When you visit the faculty application pages of most IITs, you’ll notice a stark difference from what you might expect.
