During my time leading a military group, I took great pride in ensuring the survival of every single member under my command. Though luck certainly played a role, I strongly believe that my ability to maintain clear objectives and strategies was crucial. My experience involved leading guerrilla units in Kosovo, where live ammunition was used during training. It was not uncommon for some to complain about the intensity of the training. However, I firmly believe that such rigorous preparation saved lives. Achieving this level of responsibility and saving lives is a proud moment of humbleness and relief.

Personal Growth and Overcoming Adversity

Personal growth and overcoming adversity are also aspects that bring me a sense of pride. While I am generally a careless person and may not always pay attention, I take on responsibilities with great success. This can be seen in my early professional days when I was the sole non-engineer in a department filled with highly-educated engineers. Initial discrimination was a harsh reality, but I turned it into a motivation to excel. I worked meticulously to overcome my shortcomings and eventually took full responsibility for my position, exceeding all expectations.

My journey was not without its challenges. I kept my work methods secret, worked hard on my appearance, and developed strong decision-making and body confidence. This period of transformation not only boosted my self-esteem but also solidified my belief in the power of determination and hard work.
