Nurturing the Decades: Must-Do Activities in Your Twenties and Beyond

Hey everyone, today we're diving into the best and most important things one should never miss during the crucial years of their twenties. It's a journey filled with opportunities to explore, grow, and build a foundation for a healthier planningjumps to the top of my list here, as it sets the stage for a lifetime of well-being and productivity.

Travel: A World of Infinity

Traveling is not just a luxury; it's a necessity. During your twenties, it's one of the best times to venture out and explore the world. Whether you're traveling to explore distant places or simply budget-friendly beach holidays, the experiences you gain will enrich your life in countless ways. Embrace every opportunity to visit new countries, immerse yourself in different cultures, and create memories that will last a lifetime. The world is vast, and the early twenties are an ideal age to explore it.

Health Planning: Building a Foundation

Over the years, I've suffered much due to poor health planning. In my early twenties, I was building a career without giving my health proper attention. However, I now understand the critical importance of establishing a health plan that extends beyond just career building. It's about taking a long-term approach to your well-being, setting decade-specific goals, and continuously adapting to changes in your health status. Here are some key tips:

Develop a decade plan: Start planning for your 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Tailor your health goals to the current state of your well-being. Stay informed: Read about human anatomy to better understand your body. Regular health checks: Get yearly blood tests, ECGs, and ultrasounds, and then switch to semi-annual or more frequent checks as needed. Early warning signs: Be mindful of tendon, muscular pain, and issues with blood pressure and sugar after turning 40. Healthy habits: Maintain digestive health, keep an eye on your eyes, nasal passages, and breathing apparatus, and maintain good posture. Foot care: Choose shoes that support your leg muscles and prevent foot deformation. Haircare: Be cautious about hair loss and take preventive measures. Sleep quality: Ensure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Brain exercises: Engage in brain exercises regularly, especially after 50.

The Art of Life: Attaining Enlightenment

The ultimate purpose of life is not to indulge in every possible pleasure but to attain enlightenment, permanent bliss, and peace. Daily meditation can be a powerful tool in achieving this state of mind. Understand that what happens to you is part of your karmic journey. Embrace both pleasant and painful experiences with grace and detachment. Life is a profound journey, and living with mindfulness brings immense joy and inner peace.

Enjoy each moment, cherish the travel experiences you have, and prioritize your health alongside your ambitions. These decades set the stage for a fulfilling and balanced life!
