When Toastmasters introduced the Pathways program, I was already an active member, having joined the club 25 years ago. The new Pathways program was an immediate hit with many of our members, as it offered a more streamlined and modern approach to leadership development. It’s important to recognize, however, that we owe our gratitude to the previous program which laid the groundwork for our growth.
