Stay on Track: Use check-off calendars to instantly make progress visible. My rule is to never miss two days in a row. I honor my schedule with time blocks, alarms, and reviews. Also, have make-up blocks and reward blocks for each day, and these are at risk if I fail to complete my most important tasks. By honoring your schedule and staying flexible, you can maintain your momentum.
