Love: Love transcends all else, fostering connections that enrich our lives. A society devoid of love is one plagued by hate and violence. Conversely, when love prevails, happiness and goodness flourish.Gratitude, forgiveness, and love are not mutually exclusive; they complement one another in creating a holistic approach to happiness. For instance, practicing gratitude can enhance our ability to forgive, while love can deepen our appreciation of life's simple joys.
Experiencing and Cultivating Happiness
Ultimately, happiness is about feeling. To experience happiness, one must engage their senses:
