Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with both business units and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business goals. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions. Often involved in project management and change management.

Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship building, requirement elicitation, and documentation skills.

Communication: Business analysts communicate with business users and understand the business environment. They are skilled at explaining technical solutions in a way that business stakeholders can understand and are onboard with the changes.
