Engage in public speaking opportunities whenever possible, whether it be in school, community events, or volunteering roles. This will help you build your confidence and refine your ability to communicate effectively.

Motivation and Confidence

Furthermore, maintaining high levels of motivation and confidence is crucial. These traits energize you and your team, helping to drive forward even the most challenging tasks.
