To make matters worse, the live project phase assigns daunting tasks with unrealistic deadlines. For instance, a large project might be given a strict timeline of just 2 days. Failure to meet these deadlines can result in the extension of your probation period, adversely affecting your employment status. Every day of delay is a day marked against your performance, potentially pushing your transition to a full-time salaried employee well beyond the expected timeline. In my case, if I enrolled in January 2024, becoming a salaried employee might not be achieved until November or December 2024.

Once a candidate finally attains the status of a salaried employee, the company presents an overly complex and unrealistic workload. Instead of receiving a competitive salary and a fair schedule, employees face Herculean tasks with deadlines that stretch beyond a reasonable limit. The frustration continues as projects that take 1.5 or 2 days to complete are often not even acknowledged fully, with subpar remuneration.

For instance, if a project takes 3 days to complete, the company might only pay for 2 days of work, the remaining day being unaccounted for, which is considered leave. This exploitative approach to talent management has led to widespread dissatisfaction among employees, who often feel exploited and undervalued.
