To take time for yourself, it's important to streamline daily tasks. Start by simplifying your living space. Keep toys and items organized in easily accessible baskets, and do your laundry as it accumulates. Instead of trying to complete everything in one day, spread your chores out over the week. Plan meals that can be reheated or served over multiple days. Regularly declutter your home, removing items you no longer need or use. Less clutter means less to clean, allowing you more time for relaxation and self-care.
