The managementrsquo;s lack of action against the aggressor and their instead punitive approach towards me exemplify the unaddressed issues of workplace harassment and the abuse of power. This case serves as a cautionary tale of how victims of harassment are often marginalized and penalized, rather than being supported and protected.
